Kevin is the owner and chief instructor at Midwest Woodcraft, ambassador for L.T. Wright Handcrafted Knives, and a certified instructor at Campcraft Outdoors.
Roaming the Illinois river valley with fascination since he was a child, he has spent the last decade immersed in the fascinating world of Bushcraft/Woodcraft and survival; He began teaching outdoor-related topics and skills in 2011, and is a 2019 graduate of the Outdoor leadership and wilderness skills program at Bethlehem Outdoor College. These days Kevin stays busy creating social media and educational content, working in his woodshop, running his own classes and events in Central Illinois, and teaching at Campcraft Outdoors every opportunity he gets.
